The City of Grovetown Public Works Department is responsible for overseeing waste management services in the City, including municipal solid waste and disposal services in a manner that is environmentally sound, cost-effective, and safe. These items, however, need to be separated at the curb prior to City pickup (i.e. separating yard waste from from bulk items, etc.).
Residential garbage collection is provided to the residents of the City of Grovetown through a contract with Waste Management. Curbside Leaf & Limb Collection
The City offers a curbside leaf and limb collection service to its residents as an environmentally-conscious means for disposing of yard waste. The City collects yard waste in the form of grass, leaves, and brush.
