Effective immediately, all individuals entering the Municipal Court building are required to wear a mask or face covering. All individuals entering the building will have their temperature checked and be asked COVID-19 screening questions. Anyone who has tested positive for, or experiencing signs of COVID-19 within fourteen days prior to their hearing date should contact the Clerk of Court at 706-868-9541 to obtain a continuance on their hearing. All individuals must maintain social distancing. No more than 33 Defendants plus court personnel will be allowed to enter the courtroom at a time. The Courtroom will be disinfected prior to each Court Session.
