Ronnie Kurtz is the Director of Planning and Community Development with the City of Grovetown. He oversees a dynamic department focused on current and long-term planning, land development, and code enforcement. He aims to promote exceptional service levels and quality of life for Grovetown’s citizens as we work together in pursuit of the City’s defined vision for the future. Ronnie is a native of Duluth, GA. He is a proud alumnus of Duluth High School and the University of Georgia, from which he received a Master’s in Public Administration. Prior to arriving in the City of Grovetown, he spent just under five years serving with the Community Development Department in the City of Dunwoody, where he gained extensive experience in the metro Atlanta planning environment.
