You may sign up for utilities at City Hall (103 Old Wrightsboro RoadGrovetown, GA 30813). You may also sign up online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/grovetownga/utilities.

If you live in the City of Grovetown and are engaging in business within the City limits, or if your business is located outside the Grovetown City limits and you are engaging in business within the City limits, you will need to complete a City occupational license application and submit it to Planning and Community Development at 103 W Robinson Avenue.
You are advised against investing in equipment or maintaining inventory at your proposed business location until it is determined that your business is a legal use for the property, and that any structure housing the proposed business complies with all applicable codes. An occupational license ensures all the above.
The service provider charges a service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing payment.
After your payment is approved, Government Window will email your payment receipt to the email address you provided during the payment process. You can also print your receipt after the transaction is complete. If you pay in-person, the staff at our Courthouse can provide you with one.
