The Columbia County Library provides quality library services and materials to adults and children in the Grovetown area to meet their informational, recreational and educational reading needs.

NetLibrary's eAudiobook Collection
The library provides access to NetLibrary's eAudiobook collection. Grovetown residents may visit the Euchee Creek Library at 5907 Euchee Creek Drive to set up a NetLibrary account, choose from hundreds of titles and download them to a computer. Once downloaded, files may be heard on the desktop computer or transferred to a portable music player (one that's compatible with Windows Media .wma files).
The Columbia County Library belongs to PINES, the statewide library network that lets you check out and return books at any public library in Georgia. This gives you access to more than 7.5 million books, free of charge.
GALILEO: Georgia Library Learning Online
The library also provides access to GALILEO: Georgia Library Learning Online - indexed access to thousands of periodicals, government publications and encyclopedias.
Children's programs include story-time, seasonal special programs, Summer Reading Program and outreach to schools
